This has been my go-to sushi spot every time I’m hungry at work, and they never disappoint. I always order through Uber, and somehow the quality is still consistently amazing every single time. The sushi is always fresh, well-packed, and still tastes so good even after delivery. The rice is perfectly seasoned, and everything just hits right—especially when you need a reliable comfort meal during a long shift. What I love most is the consistency. No matter how many times I order, it’s always the same quality, same taste, same satisfaction. It’s honestly one of those places you can depend on without thinking twice. Ordered takeaway sushi for a gathering and Sushi Lab went above and beyond. The plating, in a box, was gorgeous. The process was fuss free. Top service and quality. Highly recommend. One of the best sushi around Albany. Very nice staff that accommodates any requests even after sushis are sold out. The scallop and salmon one is my favourite. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
