I was genuinely surprised that this place doesn’t provide hand sanitiser. We specifically asked and were told there wasn’t any. After COVID, I thought basic hand hygiene had become standard, especially in a busy venue where the main product is hand rolls eaten with your hands. It feels ridiculous that a place with such high customer traffic would choose to save money on something as basic as hygiene. Food: 4 Service: 1

Food is great and staff is lovely. However all the times I have gone in, it has been so hot, especially with this hot Melbourne weather. I have not been able to dine in and eat unfortunately. Food is still served cold from the fridge. Would be better if inside temperature was cool and not stuffy. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
