We stopped by SushiMode with my wife and kid and had an awesome experience. The prices were great, the portions were big, and every roll we ordered was absolutely delicious and super fresh. We tried the Dragon Roll, Crunch Roll, California Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, and Las Vegas Roll. Every single one was full of flavor! The food truck was very clean, the service was excellent, and everyone was friendly and welcoming. Honestly, we thought the portions, prices, and overall quality were better than Momo no Hana, which everyone always seems to rave about. SushiMode definitely deserves more attention. Highly recommend if you’re in AJ and craving sushi! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5

I never thought I'd get sushi out of a food truck but we decided to try this place because of all the good reviews and we like supporting family owned small businesses. My husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed our rolls! Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. We will 100% be back with the rest of our family. The only downside is there's no ambiance obviously because you're eating at folding tables in a parking lot but we brought our own beer and enjoyed the shade! Thank you SushiMode! I was heading over to Mad Taco in Apache Junction and stumbled upon this hidden little gem of a food truck. The lady taking orders was incredibly nice and helpful, the truck itself was spotless, and the food was fantastic. I tried the Kiss My Tuna Roll and absolutely loved it — it was amazing! Highly recommend giving this place a try if you’re in the area. You won’t be disappointed! Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
