Another customer took it!'' and she looked disgusted and reluctantly brought it back. If you flow in a lane like Kappa Sushi, your food will not be taken by other customers. When I mentioned this to the store clerk, she responded, "Oh, that's right," and looked really disgusted. I called Sushiro's head office to complain, but they just gave lame excuses.
