Bought mochi and tibok-tibok for takeout, then dined in on palabok and shrimp okoy. The tibok-tibok was heavenly. It was the best variation of that dish that I have tried. The mochi, on the other hand, was a bit bland for my taste buds, but it was well complemented by the creamy coconut sauce. The pancit palabok was also good, as was the shrimp okoy. They were cheap, but the quality was good. One thing, though, the place's ventilation could still be improved. Grateful that mangan and susie's cuisine have handled my concern hand in hand, as expected for partners in business. Had some rough patches regarding the delivery but they were able to prove that they are up for the challenge of improving their service. The delivery arrived half past 10 in the morning and this time, a smiling delivery man handed over my orders. Thanks for listening mangan and susie's cuisine. I hope you will both continue to give better service to your customers. Also, to all partner stores of mangan, i hope they can check with mangan about the pick up time if the order has been prepared and been sitting there for quite some time already and have mangan inform the customer.
As for the food, their dinuguan with puto brings back childhood memories.???? Since my relocation here, i haven't tasted such perfect taste.. Perfect for my taste buds! Puto is yum as well, a perfect pairing indeed. Palabok is delicious too, we have some leftover crunchy chicharon, we crushed and poured some on top to make it more yummy. Ordered some of their "kakanin". If you are reading this.. You should try it.
First batch of orders. (not sure if my taste buds were okay ????.. Coz had some issues with mangan's delivery before.. So. Not sure if my taste buds were dictating my brain or they were shadowed by raging emotions.. Lol) nevertheless , Sisig is good but needs more improvement. Arroz caldo.. Haven't tried it coz of raging emotions lol... Chicken mami - good but needs improvement.
Commendable size of servings/portion.. They are generous.
