Classmates & I went into the cafe after sitting in the library for a while. As soon as we sat down the man started shouting at us saying only food & drink on the premises could be consumed there. We explained that the bottled drinks & pastry two of us had where purchased there 15 mins previously. The rest of us had purses in hand ready to go to the counter to purchase more food/drink. He kept shouting & repeating himself & not listening to us. A member of staff from the library came to see what was happening because he was so rude and aggressive. I've eaten there before when a female member of staff served me and she was nice and the food was nice, hence the 4 stars for food. We walked out in this instance because his behaviour was foul.
