No dejes pasar la oportunidad de pedir un delicioso café. Este café es muy recomendable por su estupendo personal. Una serie de clientes dicen que el servicio es normal. Los usuarios de Google no le han concedido a Sutton Library Cafe una calificación muy alta.

Classmates & I went into the cafe after sitting in the library for a while. As soon as we sat down the man started shouting at us saying only food & drink on the premises could be consumed there. We explained that the bottled drinks & pastry two of us had where purchased there 15 mins previously. The rest of us had purses in hand ready to go to the counter to purchase more food/drink. He kept shouting & repeating himself & not listening to us. A member of staff from the library came to see what was happening because he was so rude and aggressive. I've eaten there before when a female member of staff served me and she was nice and the food was nice, hence the 4 stars for food. We walked out in this instance because his behaviour was foul. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £1–10 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The staff is so rude in the cafe that u feel like any other place is better. and this staff in cafe makes the experience in the most wonderful library to be average - from what it could be - totally amazing. Some one needs to change the staff in the cafe

Possibly the most disinterested staff I've encountered. This was my second visit to the café and the man serving was rude and disinterested on both occasions. My decision not to order food was based on him drumming his fingers on the counter while my learning disabled child tried to make his choice. I've given it 2 stars as the food looked good.
