Es una estupenda idea pedir un tierno taro. Muchos de sus clientes piden su insuperable leche con té, su estupendo té de perlas o su extraordinario té rosado. En T4 Sutton, puedes pedir comida para llevar. Se comenta que aquí el personal es cordial. Su eficiente servicio es un enorme beneficio. No hay duda de que vas a disfrutar de su cuidada atmósfera y su atrayente decoración. Pero este lugar no ha recibido una puntuación muy alta por parte de los usuarios de Google.

Overly sweet tea and poor customer service. Both servers were unfriendly and seemingly miserable which made the experience entirely uncomfortable.

Had a very unpleasant experience here. No more T4 in Future. My friend was just holding a takeaway coffee from Starbucks (not drinking, not eating), and while I was ordering, a staff member abruptly pointed it out and said it was “not permissible” and asked her to go outside immediately. There was no sign, no notice, no board anywhere mentioning that outside drinks are not allowed. The problem is not the rule — if there is one — but the rude and unprofessional way it was handled. A polite explanation would have been enough. Instead, it felt embarrassing and disrespectful, especially when we were about to order.8 Also, this is Sutton, a busy shopping area. People come here for shopping and will naturally have coffee or food from different places. Everyone has their own choices and preferences — T4 is not the only option in Sutton, nor is it the best for everyone. Expecting customers to be treated with basic courtesy is not unreasonable. If T4 has such a strict policy, please display it clearly at the entrance instead of surprising customers and speaking rudely. Future customers: be careful — even holding a coffee from elsewhere may get you asked to leave. Very disappointing experience.

I visited T4 Sutton with my wife and ordered for a Mango Fanatics, which was listed under Bubble Milk Tea category, and described as smooth coconut creamy tea, but got a glass plain water with some ice and mango pulp and was tasting just water. When I told this to the employee she got so annoyed and started shouting at me arrogantly. Without any provoking from our side, she was shouting at me "get out"!! She said she is not ready to change the product, not able to refund and not even ready to add some milk and was saying I have no right to ask for change, addition or any refund. Worst experience.. Meal type: Other Price per person: £1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
