Nos encanta! El buffet es delicioso aunque por covid está cerrado. Asi que ordenamos de l carta y fue todo absolutamente delicioso.

This restaurant is in the Indian Village section of JC. It was kind of dimly lit but clean & simply decorated. Service was a little slow, they seemed to have a lot of take out orders being taken care of. We ordered Tikka vegetable samosas, masala & chicken biryani - nothing too exotic as this was our first time here. Everything we ordered were good. Portions were generous too. Would recommend & we would come back to try other entrees.

I found myself in Jersey City this past weekend visiting my friend and we ordered delivery from Swadist. The butter chicken was absolutely phenomenal, the meat to sauce ratio was just right, rice was fragrant. We also tried the goat biryani and I was floored! The goat was tender, soft, and perfectly spiced. The rice was fragrant, spicy, with just the right amount of oil. I loved the food when I dined in and I loved it even more when I ordered in. Everything I've tried here has been delicious and amazing. This is definitely a high quality Indian restaurant dishing out authentic amazing food. They definitely know what they're doing and therefore deserve my extra star! :) If you are in Jersey City and looking for an amazing and authentic Indian restaurant amongst the sea of options, please go here!!
