Very nice place, really professionally decorated. Nice promotion: buy 2 pizzas and buy the third one for PLN 1, but the pizza was just eatable and not tasty. The dough had no salt at all, hard and sterile. After a water park, you are hungry and will eat anything, but to call it tasty it was too much. We were surprised by the pizza with fries, but positively, the best of all the ones we ordered, i.e. the margharita and the one with ham (I don't remember the names). Overall, a small selection of pizzas, unfortunately we won't come again. Embarrassing is an understatement! If you are going for dinner together at this place, you definitely won't eat together. My husband got dinner, and only after he had eaten, after reporting it to the manager, I was scolded and told that I had a grudge, it was a shock. The waiter apologized that the shared dinner was a separate meal and promised coffee and cake and a discount, but we didn't get anything - neither coffee nor cake, not to mention the discount. The bill was PLN 108 for food separately, the dish itself was rubbery and my hands were falling off. I do not recommend a romantic dinner in this pseudo-place. Dramatic service. Answer They lie like crazy, what was written back is absolute nonsense, what 4 minutes, what threats? Sick people work there, watch out for these fake restaurants, read the opinions about how others get their food separately!!!! You should be ashamed! I will add that I have been blocked everywhere and I cannot add a new opinion. They are afraid of the truth, which is the bottom line, as someone wrote earlier. Now, in order to explain the situation to our guests: the lady writing the review, sitting down at the table, first asked if the manager or manager was here today, the order was placed with one of our waiters, then prepared by the kitchen and served with a 4-minute time difference, for which the waiter he immediately apologized and offered coffee and cake as compensation. The woman started shouting at the waiter, then the Shift Manager approached and asked several times to tone down her emotions and lower her tone for the sake of other guests. Unfortunately, the woman was so enraged that she uttered unpleasant words towards our staff, and even threats towards the waiter: "Be careful when you go home." Speaking of the quotes "we don't give a damn about coffee and cake", there is no need to continue the story, but we are left with a bad taste of the woman's service and all we can do is apologize to the guests who witnessed the incident. We hope that this lady will no longer come to us and you will be able to use the services of our place in peace and taste.More
