My husband and I stayed at The Stanley and were glad we chose to eat dinner at their Sweet Basil restaurant both evenings. The food was well-prepared with unique touches of their own, the drinks were delicious, and this rooftop restaurant provided stunning views of the lit-up Parthenon at sunset and the mountainous and beautiful city of Athens. The expert staff were not only efficient, but friendly and knowledgeable as well. Katerina, the staff manager, was very personable and professional.
