Visited this highly popular omurice spot that has gone viral on social media. I dropped in around 2:00 PM, and while there were only 2 to 3 tables left when I arrived, a larger crowd quickly started gathering right after. The demi-glace sauce was excellent, very thick, rich, and full of flavor. The accompanying beef patty was also a highlight, featuring a really nice, savory crust on the outside. However, the seasoned rice underneath could have used a much stronger flavor profile to match the rich sauce. The sunny-side-up egg on top wasn't overly runny, but it was unfortunately a bit tough and overcooked around the edges. Overall, it’s a decent meal and highly photogenic, but taste-wise, it doesn't quite live up to the massive internet fame.
