Unprofessional Attitude of the Manager at Sweet Coffee Genk During my last visit to Sweet Coffee Genk, the unprofessional attitude of the manager was striking. One of the employees asked the person who had to take the order if he could help us with the order. He told his colleague that we had to wait another 5 minutes (I guess he didn't feel like taking our order). After some time, someone else from our group asked for help again. The employee came to us with a closed attitude and responded irritated to our question why it took so long. He claimed that take-away orders had priority, something that was not stated anywhere. After waiting more than ten minutes, he told us we could go to another business if we felt we were waiting too long. It turned out that this unfriendly employee was the manager. This is in contrast to previous visits, where a friendly employee always helped us well, even on busy days. Obviously, if you don't feel like dealing with people, you shouldn't work in the hospitality industry. After this experience I don't recommend anyone to go to Sweet Coffee Genk; there are plenty of businesses where customers are treated kindly. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
