This was one of the best places I have ever stayed. They were so friendly and hospitable. I felt like we were friends. The place was absolutely beautiful and it felt like home. They had complementary bicycles that we rode to run our errands we never had to get In the car. The restaurant and music venues theaters were all within biking or walking distance. It was like stepping back in time. The chef prepared breakfast was amazing and I just cannot say enough about this place. You must stay here if you’re in Gainesville, Florida. Service: 5

I love this place, because it is very cute and unique. I enjoy it because, in my view, it is a cross between a bed-and-breakfast and a true hotel. You don’t have to commit to breakfast or eat w the other guests in a dining room. If you feel social, you can talk to people or you can sit where you like in the house, garden or porches. It’s buffet style and served for a couple hours in the morning, so you can come down and eat if you would like or skip it. The place is beautifully decorated, and they have thought of everything. It is very comfortable and they have a swimming pool and hot tub, which is somewhat rare at a lot of bed-and-breakfasts. The food is very tasty. as well. Service: 5
