A sauce I didn't ask for was added to my order and ruined it. I called and asked for the order to be replaced and this was initially refused. When I pushed the issue I was told by a rude and unhelpful staff member that I would have to wait for ages because she was too busy. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he was out and would call me back. I never got a phone call and I didn't get a replacement or a refund. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered some savoury items including burger, hot dog, mozzarella dippers, chicken nuggets, popcorn chicken etc. The food arrived earlier than originally stated and was hot. All was presented well and nothing missing etc. We also ordered a bueno milkshake and it was delicious. No faults at all, would (and have) ordered again - thanks for a reliable service. Staff are also lovely people. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Have had sweet tooth before with no problems food was good and delivery was good. Except this time ordered on Uber eats at 8:30 food took ages was meant to be delivered at 9:15, got to 10:15 I rang and they said they hadn’t made it and didn’t have any of the things on my order and that it would take another half hour and to change the order so cancelled instead. Price per person: £10–20 Service: 2
