We went at 10pm and they were closed when they were supposed to be open until 1030. The window said open and we walked in and were told that they were closed.

Let me start by saying I really enjoy the ice cream at Sweeties. They are one of very few places that have bubblegum ice cream and it's been my favorite since I was a kid. From time to time they have a Lavender Honey flavored ice cream and it's incredible! The ONLY complaint that I have is they never seem to have lids that fit the cups. I went in earlier today to get my favorite, bubblegum and a couple flavors for my parents (back in Harpers Ferry, WV) So - 3 cups of ice cream. NOT ONE lid that fit. I asked for some and the girls handed me large bubble top lids that were clearly too big. I asked if they had anything different and they did not. So I had to attempt to walk from the creek back to my car with three cups of ice cream that didn't have lids. Unfortunately, the drive home got a little messy. Just get some cups that have lids that fit! Please!
