The Wife and I was there June 10th, we both ordered Coneys. We eat coneys everywhere, and these rank right up with the best. That was our first time and I`m sure it won`t be our last time there.. Keep up the good Work Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Unfortunately, this was one of the slowest drive-thru experiences I’ve had. I waited over 30 minutes for my food despite the restaurant not being busy but started to pick up. Still waiting actually. From what I could see, there were only two employees working, and it seemed like there was very little staff available to keep things moving. I understand that staffing challenges happen, but a 30+ minute wait at a drive-thru when there aren’t many customers is frustrating and not what I would expect. The food was fine, but the service speed and lack of visible staff made for a disappointing experience. I hope management addresses the staffing and operational issues because there’s a lot of room for improvement. What sucks is the management is losing money for the employees. I’m sure many people don’t want to tip after the service they were provided today. Still here waiting 40+ minutes. The guy next to me just left bc there was no service. This is a joke. No sorry or anything. Bad bad management Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I can understand they might of been busy. And having to wait. I get that. But can you tell me why would my family meal be ice cold. So either the food was done and sitting for how long. Or the food we was forgot about
