Love this place. The beer and food are always great. We like to bring our dogs and sit on the patio when the weather is nice. And the service is great too. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It was my first time here after having it recommended by a neighbor. The food and beer were great! The bartender charged me at every point like I would run out on him at any moment instead of presenting an initial bill and a final bill. Idk, maybe that's a problem they have...or money is that tight for them. It did not ingender good feelings though. Otherwise the service was good and the atmosphere was just your average brew house. I used to be closely affiliated with brew houses at one time, and I've seen far better and I've seen worse. If it where mine, I'd change the environment a bit, but it wasn't bad. The beer choices were excellent and the food was among the best I've had in Rochester of this type of establishment. I just can't remember the last time I was charged and had to pay at every turn of the ordering process like I was a known "dine and dasher" and it wasn't just an initial payment and then a final payment for any additionals as I am so used to. It's definitely worth a visit but if your paying cash, be ready to fork it over after every request. Price per person: $70–80 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Swiftwater is a quality brewing company. Good to stop by when you're in the neighborhood and good the go out of your way to visit. Their solo offerings are a step above (love their Belgian style wheat beer, kolsch and dopplebock). They are innovating and collaborating with other breweries constantly. Whenever I stop by, there is something new and exciting to try, expanding my beer knowledge and pallet. I've tried the food numerous times and have always always always been happy. Soup, Sandwich, Salad. Yummy yum yum. They care about quality, and it shows. No matter how busy, the service is always polite, helpful, and efficient. They know how to find you the brew you are looking for. They care about your experience. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff is good and the beer and food is great. Love the pickles and sausage/mustard bar snacks. Dog friendly patio and a variety of seating and socializing options. Honestly, always an above average good beer and a good time. Would recommend. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Large vegetarian selection Dietary restrictions: Menu is clearly marked for vegan, gluten, nuts and dairy.
