Listen if you are going to list Curbside on your app and then not offer curbside then you should reflect what services you provide. Your LOCATION SPECIFICALLY states curbside on your APP. Then the behavior of one of your employees and her girlfriend was unacceptable. The fact they think it’s about the beverage it’s about the time. I ordered the drink 30 mins ago they didn’t even start the drink until I arrived had to wait another 15 mins for some girl to come out with attitude telling me they don’t provide curbside and to go through the drive through which would have been another 15 mins. Hence why I ordered online. Unlike the teenagers working here we have prior engagements to be somewhere. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This location literally never stirs my drink and is never consistent in mixture proportions. Some days it’s super light others it’s really dark today all the syrup was just sitting at the bottom completely unmixed, three lids squished on the cup that broke my straw when I put in. We waited 20 minutes in line and we were 4 cars back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We have visited the Swig location in Lindon a handful of times and this last visit was a real standout experience. When we got up to the window the employee who helped us was friendly and kind and went above and beyond by making sure we got everything we ordered and helping us get some additional items that I forgot about. The little extra care he put in that only took an extra minute was exceptional. Thank you for a great experience! Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
