We’ve gone here multiple times over the years and have always loved the food and service. Our most recent experience was horrible. We went on a weekday and didn’t expect to wait as long as we did it took over 20 minutes to order drinks, 30 mins to order food, and 45 minutes for the food took arrive. My meal wasn’t as ordered, which is whatever. But they gave my toddler a raw burger. The server would walk by but never stopped to ask how our meal was. It took another 30 minutes just for her to come and offer drink refills. I then pointed out the raw burger and my wrong meal. She was kind enough to take it off the check, but that was probably the only “good” part of the service. Fast forward 2 weeks later. My parents and toddler went again (on a weekday), for another chance. Once again, my toddlers food wasn’t cooked. We did a grilled cheese (can’t go wrong there). The cheese wasn’t melted and one piece of bread wasn’t toasted. It was a horrible experience. Maybe there’s a new cook who isn’t used to the flow but it seems that they are just throwing food on a grill for a few seconds and assuming that’s enough to consider it “cooked”. My toddler definitely didn’t approve. Extremely disheartening.. Meal type: Other Food: 2 Service: 1

Amanda was absolutely fantastic behind the bar at Syberg’s! She was welcoming from the moment we sat down, kept a great balance of being attentive without hovering, and had such a positive energy that made the whole experience better. Drinks were made perfectly, recommendations were spot on, and she handled everything with professionalism and a smile even when things got busy. Great bartenders can turn a meal into an experience, and Amanda definitely did that. We’ll be back and hope to see her again soon!
