I waited 15min to be served. Then another 1 hour for food. I had to follow up and they told me my order was not in the system. I asked for a refund and had to prove that I ordered (even though I ordered with him 1h 20m ago), if I had paid cash I would have had no way to prove it. I had been sitting and waiting the whole time in the cold and all I got was a tiny apology. He also did not give me my refund back to card, but rather via cash. I felt bad for other customers the whole time as there were a lot of mistakes and people left waiting a while. Unacceptable Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely horrendous service and completely incompetent staff. Extremely long wait time (over an hour) for takeaway, and staff lying about if the food is almost ready. Unprofessional, disgusting establishment that doesn’t deserve to receive any future business. Your staff should be held accountable for how terrible they are. The tone of the worker was unacceptable, for somebody who has made a mistake with an order that somehow causes it to take over an hour, which we did not receive in the end. The process of getting a refund was abysmal, the worker seemed to have forgotten that we had even placed an order. If you do not have competent staff that can handle any issues or mistakes on the floor, then you shouldn’t be running a restaurant. I have never had such a disappointing experience at a restaurant.
