Went in with my family. It was the first time we had been there since it turned to self-serve, which I liked. Many soft serve and ice cream options, along with plenty of toppings. Employees were friendly and establishment was clean. Will be back.

Just went to the mandeville location at 8pm . I stood at the drive thru about 5 mins . Nobody answered and when I drove slowly past the driveway window the worker in there just looked at me drive by the window . I’m diabetic and this is one of the only places I can have frozen yogurt at . After this experience I’ll be driving to Slidell when I want a cup of frozen yogurt..

I’m so sorry this happened. Did you stop at the window for help? The sensor by the menu might not have picked up on your vehicle. There is a doorbell by the window. Were you able to press it to get them to take your order? Please let me know so we can fix this for the future.

Well I just went to the TCBY in Mandeville for the first time at 9:10 p.m. on a Friday night and the board with the menu light was off and then when the young lady came to the window she had no paper menu and said the board light had just went out despite the business not closing till 10:00 she offered me no help so I left and went somewhere else I hope the owners see this this is not how you keep business
