The cocktails are fantastic—the bartender truly understands his craft, using seasonal fruits to create one of a kind drinks. I enjoy visiting bars that don’t push for the next drink but instead want you to savor what they have carefully crafted. Our Favourite Cocktail bar in Tokyo! There is no other way to describe Shingo-San other than “Cocktail master”. We lived in Japan until 2021 and frequently went to Bar Ten.
