Hi Harpreet I do apologize for the experience you had at this location. We do certainly make sure our meals are cooked fresh and stir fry has vegetables. Hoeever Thai Express has never used Bok choi in any of our meals at any locations. Please do come back and we will make sure you go a happy customer. Thanks Store Manager
