A young promising restaurant ! Very well dressed plates. Friendly staff. The greens were a bit undercooked, and there was only 3 desserts, but otherwise it was perfect ! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Clearly labeled vegetarian dishes

The food was pretty disappointing. I ordered the venison which was around £30. The meat was good and nicely cooked but the rest of the plate was completely average. The potatoes were fine, lacked flavour and seasoning. The baby beetroots were cold and the purees were average taste and also only just warm. The service was good, the staff were attentive, the cocktails were good but i wouldn't go back here. There's so many nicer restaurants in Inverness that are better value for money where the food is actually good. The atmosphere was ok, it was quiet being a midweek night and there were some fruit flies which was quite annoying. Overall, wouldnt recommend. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Went to The Babette for dinner. The venue is lovely, well presented and clean. Service was spot on and attentive. I had the croquettes to start and haunch of venison main. The prices are high for Inverness but I was happy to be paying for the atmosphere, service and delicious food. Recommends. Price per person: £40–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
