We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the Alfaham chicken and found the biriyani too salty. We understand how disappointing that must have been. And you're absolutely correct, had we known about the issues earlier during your meal, we would have been more than happy to replace the dishes and do our best to make things right for you. By the time the concerns were raised, we understand that simply offering a refund wasn't the solution you were looking for, especially when you had come out to enjoy a meal together.
