Matty and I were biking through Ekkamai with no particular destination in mind when a charming storefront caught our attention. We decided to stop, and I’m glad we did. The Third Base is a beautifully curated space that feels part café, part stationery shop, and part creative refuge. As someone who loves journals, notebooks, and thoughtfully designed spaces, I immediately felt at home. I ordered a matcha latte while Matty had an Americano, and both were excellent. While we were there, we discovered they also have a full food menu featuring salads, pastas, appetizers, mains, and wine flights. Unfortunately, the kitchen is closed on Mondays, so we’ll have to come back to experience that side of the menu. What stood out most was the atmosphere. It feels like the kind of place where you can open a journal, work on a creative project, meet a friend, or simply slow down for a while. Thoughtful, welcoming, and without any pretense. We stopped on a whim and left already looking forward to our next visit. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Spot - your everyday coffee spot (pun intended), 3. Wuunwine - one very chic wine bar Just a perfect something for everyone, definitely worth a visit if you’re in town.
