It’s very unprofessional and confusing to put working hours 7am till 7pm and be closed. We came on Tuesday at 8.30 am and this place was closed. Meal type: Other

Iced Latte Experience: I opted for a refreshing Iced Latte due to the heat, but the first sip revealed an unpleasant surprise: the milk was curdled and had a slimy consistency, affecting the experience. Customer Support: However, the girls at the bar handled the situation in an exemplary manner. They made a new Iced Latte on the spot, showing exceptional customer service and resolving the issue immediately. Final Print: Despite the small initial setback, the prompt response of the staff saved the experience. TNT Roasters remains a lovely place to enjoy your favorite beverage in the hope that consistency will improve in the future.
