Quite a nice menu. Generous black truffle spread over all stages of the course menu. Unfortunately a somewhat stressful evening, with staff making sure our course / sitting is done before the next sitting starts. To be fair, we started about 25 minutes late due to having to find the somewhat 'secluded' location. Simple solution: keep a 30 minute gap before sittings, instead of making customers feel uncomfortable that they need to wrap up because "the next customer is waiting". I've shared this point of view to owner chef Ryo Tosaka. Hopefully he agrees.
