I recently visited Tres Leches Cake in Riyadh and was deeply disappointed. Although the place has nice décor and convenient parking, the quality of the drinks and desserts leaves much to be desired. The manager was extremely arrogant, and the employees were just as rude, showing no care or professionalism. The manager was on her phone the entire time, completely ignoring customers. I ordered an espresso and an Americano, only to be shocked when the espresso came in a flimsy paper cup, with absolutely zero effort in presentation. I also tried a cake, but it was bland and unremarkable. Honestly, if they can’t even get basic coffee drinks right, it’s no wonder the desserts are equally disappointing. Overall, an experience I wouldn’t recommend to anyone looking for quality. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: SAR 60–80 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
