Twist Jamaican Grill offers a welcoming atmosphere and ample parking, which makes for a great first impression. The restaurant is clean, with no overpowering cooking smells, which is always a plus. Layton, presumably the proprietor, was exceptionally welcoming and personable, making our visit even more enjoyable. We opted for the Family Feast Special, which included a delicious variety of dishes: oxtail, jerk chicken, curry chicken, and brown gravy chicken, accompanied by perfectly cooked cabbage and rice. Each dish had its own unique, vibrant flavor that left our taste buds thoroughly satisfied. We also tried the oxtail tacos, which are only available on Tuesdays, and they were equally outstanding. The restaurant uses high-quality, reusable containers, which is a wonderful touch in reducing waste. Layton also generously offered a 10% discount for veterans, showcasing the business’s support for the military community. With three years in business, it’s clear that Twist Jamaican Grill is thriving in its current location. The combination of excellent food, great service, and commitment to sustainability makes this a must-visit. I wish Layton continued success in the future. Ordered the buffet bowl. I wasn't jerk steak, more like roast. Dumpling was very sweet like a dessert. Didn't belong on top of the meats with different sauces. Mac and cheese very bland like Stouffer's. Not only that it didn't agree with either of our stomachs. Portions for the price was pretty decent. My first and last time. Everything isn't for everyone ‍ Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1

We are sorry you didn't have a good experience. Like you said everything is not for everyone. Never had a problem with our Buffet bowls. Our customers love it. In business it's absolutely impossible to please everyone. Try a business for yourself and you will understand. Good luck!!!

I went to Twist Jamaican Grill today. The Jerk Chicken was delicious! The blend of spices in the jerk sauce is incredible - so yummy and flavorful! My friend got the pepper steak and she loved it. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable and the owner (I think he was the owner) is very friendly! It was obvious that he is passionate about making great food for customers.
