However, my husband managed to order a tasty shaorma, which a boy prepared for him without gloves, and when I asked why he didn't have them, a lady who took the money with her hand helped her colleague them to prepare the food at the fast food, he answered us, in a raised tone, that it is no longer mandatory. I wanted to order a pizza for the child, but the person preparing them said over my shoulder "did you read what it says there?", he had an ad written with a pen, by hand, which I didn't notice, which he was sending to pie shop for orders, and when I told him that I didn't understand what he wrote, he replied that he also can't explain to each individual customer where the orders are made. Seeing so much mess and arrogant I asked to speak to the head of the room, 3 employees claimed they didn't have any. Then they led me to the manager, the same lady who had arrogantly given me the explanation with the gloves and who this time shouted over the counter that she has work, she works hard and doesn't have time to talk to all the customers who make a fuss.
