Honestly disappointing, we thought we'd give it another shot. First time wasn't that great but takes the cake over this experience. My friend ordered the fruit toast and i had to go to the counter to get utensils for her to be able to butter her toast. We noticed the next table to us had the same issue with her banana bread and wasn't brought out any butter or cutlery at the time. They did have a staff member attend to her after it was brought up. My friend also had to go to the counter to confirm her order as the system told her after she paid through the table QR code. Then they proceeded to bring out two sets of toasts and then another Turkish delite hot chocolate. We also had another staff member walking asking if our table and the neighbouring table had ordered them but missed our other neighbour table and then eventually doubled back and realised one was hers. I have then been notified 20 minutes after I had ordered that I had added options on the app which it allowed me to do that it couldn't be done apparently. Then walked back in, waited 5 minutes again and came back out with an eftpos machine and the ipad showing us the issue and asking what item I wanted to pay extra for. The gentleman was nice and polite but I asked if it had started to be prepared as my friend had eaten hers and I didn't want to make her wait or wait longer for food. I had gotten my drink. He pushed the refund through. Staff seemed nice but honestly very unorganised, poor ordering system, chaotic atmosphere. Ive honestly never had such a disappointing experience before in my life. We understand how frustrating it would have been to not receive utensils when your meals arrived, particularly when there was already confusion with the QR ordering system. We apologise that your meal arrived significantly later than your friends and there were issues with it. That is not the dining experience we are known for. Just had lunch there with Hubby, 3 adult kids, baby granddaughter and our fur baby (4 yr old Bullmastiff X). Awesome menu for dogs, our puppy loved his pancakes, poke bowl and cookiesStaff were fabulous, accommodating and really receptive to our puppies needs. Service was prompt, and atmosphere was great! Highly recommend, especially if you have a fur babyWill definitely be back! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My experience of Table 26 Springfield today involved wincing at a $17 price for 2x soy iced lattes (ice, soy milk, espresso), waiting 30 minutes listening to screaming children because they’d handed out the orders wrong, and a coffee which i can only describe as tasting “shy”. Staff were apologetic but i would not be writing this review if it was my first negative experience. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: A$1–20

We understand your frustrations regarding the wait time for coffee. A 30 minute wait is certainly longer than we'd like and we are actively reviewing our staffing and service flow during the busy periods.
