Stuck at the drive thru at midnight because their AI wouldn't "catch" my request order over and over again. Tried multiple combinations of words and it just didn't understand. Backed up and left. Service: 1

Very disappointed, they gave me old food my drink was wrong and fries was cold on top of nuggets were rock solid hard on O’Neal lane Taco Bell , I ordered through DoorDash and DoorDash refused to refund me call the store and they are close they did better saying they couldn’t make order then to give me this junk. Never again !!! If I could have did zero stars I definitely would put 0. Meal type: Other Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I went in to order because the AI was not understanding. No one made eye contact with me when I walked in. Finally ordered and then had to turn around and use the kiosk for the rest of my order. The food bag was basically thrown on the counter when I went to get it. Never got my drinks that I paid for and no one would make eye contact with me when I walked up to the register to ask. Ended up just leaving without them. Never going back. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
