Don't normally review a fast food joint but had to go out my way here to ensure this location gets the praise it deserves, they offered abnormally good food compared to all other locations I've visited. Not sure if I just caught them on a good day but I was pleasantly surprised.

This is easily one of the worst Taco Bell locations I’ve ever been to. Every time I visit, there seems to be a new problem. Orders are constantly wrong, items are missing, and somehow the total is often higher than expected. It feels like checking your receipt and your bag before leaving isn’t optional—it’s necessary if you don’t want to get ripped off. The employees act like helping customers is an inconvenience. Basic questions are met with attitudes, and when mistakes happen, there’s little to no effort made to fix them. The level of care and professionalism is practically nonexistent. The food quality is just as bad. Orders look like they were thrown together at the last second with no attention to detail. I’ve received cold food, sloppy food, incorrect items, and incomplete orders more times than I can count. It honestly seems like nobody is paying attention to what they’re making or handing out. What’s most frustrating is that these aren’t occasional mistakes—they happen so consistently that they’ve become the expectation. A fast-food restaurant shouldn’t be this difficult to deal with. Management clearly needs to step in and address the lack of accountability, poor service, and constant order issues. Save yourself the frustration and go to literally any other Taco Bell.
