If I’m given the choice between fast or right, I’ll take right every single time. Getting my food in under three minutes means absolutely nothing if it’s thrown together with zero attention to quality. Cold tortillas, no cheese on my Gordita Crunch, and barely enough lettuce or beef to justify calling it complete. Speed is not a substitute for doing the job correctly. I would rather wait a few extra minutes and receive the food I actually paid for than be handed a rushed, half assembled meal. I'd imagine turnover is an issue here because every time the window opened, there was some lady yelling at employees like they were recruits at boot camp. If that management style was producing results, the food quality would reflect it. Based on what I received, it clearly isn't. We have two locations in town, and this one consistently delivers the worse experience. At some point, blaming staffing, being busy, or having a bad day stops being an excuse when the same problems happen over and over again. The only bright spot was the employee who took my order. They were quick, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, good customer service at the speaker does not make up for consistently poor food quality once you get to the window.

Beans especially black beans are never fresh. Dried and gross. Also one night they kept need waiting in drive thru for 20 minutes. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I love Taco Bell but whenever you wait around for 15 minutes for three tacos and a bag of chips, very poor service I would rather drive to the Eastside Taco Bell any day of the week. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
