I live right across the way from this taco bell and in the past it has been great but recently in the last few years it has been awful and the decline of this location is just sad to see as this was once the go to spot. The food is terrible the service is mediocre the soda machine only serves flat drinks I'm convinced yet I still come from time to time hoping it would magically get better. If the employees would care more for their job and put in the effort to make the food how it was supposed to be made there would be no issues. I don't leave comments like this but enough is enough to buy food that isn't prepared how it is supposed to is a waste of money! I understand this is a fast food establishment but it doesn't it even hit minimum fast food requirements. The order I purchased tonight was sloppily put together and cold and the fountain drink was flat. This location is getting to comfortable not doing what is required of them. Rudest employee I’ve ever encountered. Goes by the name James or probably made that up too Will be contacting corporate this guy needs to be fired or trained on how to deal with customers. I guess everyone is desperate for employees they just hire any junkie. I’ve lived in this area for about 35 years and I have eaten At this location many times Today was very disappointing. I ordered Nachos and hardshell tacos every single taco was lettuce and cheese, barely any meat!! nachos Only beans and tomatoes no meat I didn’t ask for no meat, but that’s what I got. Barely any meat. Prices are going up but come on. It was a terrible experience. What a shame.!! Parking: Not a problem !
