Actually one of the worst Taco Bells I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to locations in downtown Atlanta with four times the customers, a quarter of the staff, and they’ve still run more smoothly than this location. The drive through lines take 45 minutes for six cars. Simple inside orders, which basically have to be done on the kiosks now, take 30 minutes while you watch half the staff piddle around in the back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really sorry but c'mon. What happened to crunch wraps being $5? (Which was still expensive) Its $7.12 for ONE crunch wrap now!? What are you guys doing.... you need to figure something out about the prices.. tacobell has no business being this expensive. This is literally the reason I never go there anymore. Who wants to spend $15 on low quality fast food, or half that for one item that wont even fill you up.... AND AFTER 20 MINUTES OF WAITING I JUST ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK. CRAZY officially done with tacobell. This was still on my mind the following day

I don't like to give bad reviews, but this is frustrating and it's not even the first time it has happened at this location. Waited for 10 mins and no one even came up front to take the order inside (I was with someone paying cash so we could not order ahead). I had to ask for someone to come even take the order and even that took a few mins. It would be one thing if someone had spoken to me, but no one even came up to the counter. I can only imagine how long it would have taken before someone noticed we were just standing there. When we actually were helped they were nice and the food got out fast, but that doesn't negate the fact that we waited more than 10 mins to even be acknowledged. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
