All I can say is WOW! What a horrible place to eat! Shame on you taco bell! Your undercooked food is disgusting, and when I called about it, I was told, oh I remember when the new street chalupa shells were made and it was correct. Not a can we replace your food,fix the situation, I was told basically I'm wrong. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I normally will let things go, but tonight is the 4th time in a 2 month period, that I have gone through the drive through and get home to find that my order is not fully there. In the economy we live in now, deciding to splurge and spend money on a luxury like fast food, getting what you paid for matters more than ever. This last time it was a 5 layer beefy burrito. Around 5 dollars with tax, and that adds up. I personally will give this place 6 months before going back. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

Avoid this particular Festus location like the plague, the employees including the manager are not worth a dime, for many reasons, and people like this want to raise the minimum wage to over $17 an hour, psh, one reason being is I had a coupon for Taco Bell, one of the employees at the window got a bit weird, and just kind of looked at me through the window, then the manager came up, and told me that they do not accept those coupons, but it wasn't stated on the coupon, this false advertising for one, for two why couldn't the gal at the window tell me that, why did she have to get freaky and get the manager and have her tell me. Whatever dude, step It up Festus Taco Bell. No hi can I help you nothing of the sort from the order taker at the window, just a dead stare through the closed window, and then the manager shows up. Again this review is particularly for the Festus location, I have been to the pevely location, and the Arnold location, I eat at the Arnold location often, as I work up around that area, and got those coupons for my company each and every one of us on first shift went to the Arnold location with those coupons, we were able to get our meal, they even added a few drinks on them without them without us even having to ask. Props to the pevely and Arnold locations Festus location , you get an F for failure of providing adequate customer service. Whoever that employee was around 5:00 Saturday evening 6/27 you get an A+ for providing a really awkward situation, basically a awkward staring contest, as you could not simply tell me yourself that you did not accept those coupons. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
