Worst customer service ever. Every table was dirty. We were the The only people in the dining room. An elder lady comes up and stands at the counter. She asked if it was to go only or if they took orders and no employees answered her. She stood there for a few more minutes. She asked the same question again in an employee replied we are very busy right now sorry. There was maybe two Cars in the drive-through in three people in the dining room room for my party. My sister got up and helped the elderly lady use the kiosk and she was so confused as to why no one working there would help her. Awful service. Also, in the same span of time, there was an employee in the bathroom, forever and employees going in and out to sit in cars and smoke Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Have heard a lot of bad reports on Taco Bell, but the one in Flora is really good. I always go through the Drive-thru and have never eaten inside. My food is always fresh and hot. The employees have always been very friendly and the service is fast. And I love that they serve Pepsi Zero! Kudos to the management team and keep up the good work! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
