Literally never again. Always an issue whether it's hair in my food or not listening when taking my order. I never complain because I get it as a former food worker. Just went for thr first time in months and my order wasn't taken currently. Staff asked if I wanted the combo and I said yes. No combo punched in. Once I brought it up she said she didn't charge me. I calmy said there is always an issue here. Staff then hands me a free cup but the cup is mangled and will no actually keep the lid on. I pointed this out and the Staff just pulled the cup away and said "never mind". She couldn't even look at the cup before handing it to me and said I was being rude. If someone can't even calm explain why something is wrong then the issue isn't with the customers, it's the Staff. Long story short standards here are disgustingly low and I don't imagine they will get any better with the attitude of the staff. PS: hair in 2 of my items from this order. Not even gonna bother taking it back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The second time I've had a bad meal at this place. Taco bells usually makes me quite happy this one is terrible. I ordered delivery and every single thing I received was underweight. My supreme fries had barely any toppings on them my soft tacos supreme were so thin they felt like they were empty. And basically just had lettuce inside. The management are clearly telling the kitchen staff to minimize portions Other day I came here and had a differently bad experience at the food court where I had to have you remake my item three times.
