This has been probably the worse experience I ever had at a Taco Bell older lady in drive thru was super rude even after repeating myself more than three times because she couldn’t hear. I don’t know who isn’t happy with them having a job that decides to make the food like a little kid is playing with his food by far the worst. Was told to move to a mobile pick up order lane because I was the only car in the drive thru and they just can’t have that much traffic at the window. Didn’t even get the basic utensils, napkins nor the sauces I asked for yet proceed to make sure I got charge for it. Felt like I was eating a wet taco because some doesn’t know how to make a regular basic taco. Training is very much needed at that location the young lady that brought me my food and the one that was on break was ok. Others step your game up for real Taco Bell Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

I paid extra for a small drink for happier hour because the staff isn’t trained on how to apply the $2 promotion. I was argued with to a point where I gave up and just paid $2 for the small. I used to go all the time, now I won’t be back. Food: 4 Service: 1
