The ai in the drive through is horrendous, it constant messes up, and after getting very frustrated once and trying to tell it i didn’t want to talk to it a very disgruntled employee let me know they could actually hear me the whole time. struggling to get it to take my order. On another note whichever employee is the older woman who’s there often i think at night mostly is a horrible horrible customer service person. She’s extremely rude, and often comes off annoyed to do her job, or outright angry your ordering. Apprenatly the lobby is closed after 12 but absolutely no signage is up to display this info and i went in once just passed 12 and she very very rudely told me only door dashers were allowed inside after 12. Worst Taco Bell ever.... extremely small portions.. crunchy rice.. hate going to Taco Bell in Howell on Michigan Ave. Nothing like being hungry just to have your appetite completely ruined by this food.
