Kylie was a model employee, fulfilling her duties with competency and determination. She was very patient when I forgot my order multiple times. She provided the correct number of straws, reminded me to round up to help them kids. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The only reason I'm rating this location 3 stars is because the manager (Tammy I believe her name was) jumped in and saved the day. Let me just say first, Unfortunately I've lived off of fast food and worked in the service industry most of life. So, I would say I know good customer service. It would be getting 0 stars, But the manager deserves 10 stars. Everything was good until I received my food and noticed something wasn't right. As soon as I received my food I was checking because it didn't look right. I ordered the "$9 Discovery Box " which is what I called it when I ordered it. I just received my bag and was looking through when the person taking my order opened the window again and asked me to move around. Never in my life. We know that when ordering fast food it's about 50/50 rather you're getting the right order or everything you ordered. I was telling the lady Im sure Im missing something and she was telling me I can park and come inside. I WASNT EVEN SITTING THERE FOR A FULL MINUTE SINCE SHE GAVE ME THE BAG. She wouldn't even let me check my food. Isn't that the whole reason for the drive thru is so you don't have to go inside. Plus, there was 1 vehicle behind me and I wasn't in the line that long. (They were not busy at all). Even if you've already served a customer they are still a customer and should be treated as such. I was just about to say okay and just leave but the manager came up to the window and asked "oh are you missing the discovery box , I think she (the lady taking my order ) thought you said #9 , I can replace it if you want ?" I said no it's okay but the manager say it was fine and she will bring it out to me. This is what I LOVE and the only reason Im writing this review is the manager (Tammy I HOPE im getting her name right) saw the problem, responded with respect and kindness, and insisted on fixing the problem and followed through. I know 100% that when I ordered I said $9 Discovery Box" and that's my fault for not realizing that she rung up the number #9. That's not a big deal, but never in my life have I had somebody not give 30-45 seconds to voice my concern or question, tell me I have to move around, and not fix the problem at the window. It really made my day that there's people like the manager out there that really cares about good service. I'm the type of person that If I have good service somewhere I will be loyal forever but 1 bad experience and I'm never coming back. ( It doesn't matter how good the food is), And as much as we pay for fast food nowadays I think the least you can do is give 30-45 seconds of your time. I do not know if I'll be back to this location. THANKS AGAIN Tammy! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Probably my first disappointed review, and it goes to this Taco Bell. No issues with food but horrible dine in service. Made us wait over 20 minutes, 30 minutes for other patrons, because this restaurant prioritizes drive thru customers. I asked for a refund and at this the worker said he was not able to refund. But he dedicated himself to take care of all the dine in patrons while the other six workers handled the drive thru. He stepped up but their policy is lacking. Better to put sign saying "dine in section closed"
