order at kiosk to eliminate bothering them while they work . ask for 6 hotsauces and 2 dipping sauces with my chicken. get home zero sauces in my bag then they wonder why customers go to the counter instead of those kiosk

This location is special. Ownership, management, and the entire staff should be proud. I want to specifically recognize the young man in glasses taking orders at the front window. Usually, at 1:00 pm, when there’s a long line, you can feel the stress, but this guy was the definition of calm. He didn’t make me feel rushed for a second when I placed the order at the kiosk. When I pulled up to the window, I watched him juggle about four things at once- answering headset orders, bagging food, filling drinks, and delivering my order. He was incredibly kind and professional to me, his customers on the headset, and fellow staff. After delivering my food, he lowered his mic to look me in the eye and give a genuine "thank you, have a great day" before I pulled away. This entire window transaction took roughly 60 seconds. It’s rare to see someone take that much pride in their work when it's that busy. My food was hot, the order was perfect, and they actually remembered the sauce and napkins! If management is reading this: give that man a raise. He’s the reason I’ll be choosing this Taco Bell over any other. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The staff here has the worst attitude. Especially the cashier Kaitlyn. Every time we come here she has the worst attitude when taking orders and is generally awful to speak to. Why would yall hire someone so miserable and then have them converse with customers?
