Placed an online order, which is the only way as theres only tablets in store to place an order. I go to pick it up, 5min of waiting and they hadn't started it yet, get told theyre "going to make it now". 15min later I get told, "hey, we're getting started on it now". Meanwhile, my wife is fighting for her life with a newborn and we're 15min from home. The level of incompetency is astonishing. Parents should be ashamed of who they raised Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Came here for my usual order the other night (12 am) before they closed. Got a 5 layer beefy burrito and the beans were dry and hard. The worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had. This should’ve signed to me to stop eating. No I removed most of the beans and finished eating, and ate 2 other tacos. Woke up the next day violently ill. Been nauseous for 2 days, and have shit nothing but water bc I can’t keep anything down. Was told by a past worker, the meat they give out there is so heavily processed it’s barely even meat, and very easy to get food poisoning from. If you’ve gotten ill from Taco Bell this was my sign to never get that shit again. Price per person: $10–20
