Terrible service. Very very slow. You will wait for a good 20 minutes at the speaker. Can't pull around to leave because there isn't enough room to bypass the folks at the window. I understand being busy but they clearly need some help at this location.

I have been to this Taco Bell since it has opened. It has definitely had it's downs. Lately when my family and I have been ordering dinner here, its been alot better. Food, speed, accuracy, and customer service. Tom, especially, was very nice to us during our last visit. Its so refreshing to see a smile in a restaurant nowadays. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If there is one employee that needs to be praised - hands down it’s Shekeira (I probably spelled that wrong, whoooops) from the moment she greeted me at the DT speaker, she made me feel welcomed, which isn’t the norm for this location. She is polite, thorough, & even put sauces in our bags lol. Please, do whatever necessary to keep her around - & hire more like her. She sets the standard of customer service at this location. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Service: 5
