Let me start my saying it's not hard to put meat and cheese on a soft shell taco. IT'S NOT! I need some of these district managers to start going to their establishments like a regular customer to see what the workers are doing and how they act in their business. Attitude is everything! If you're taking an order with an attitude something is wrong. Then you place an order but they dismiss what youre saying only to go home just to find out your food isn't correct. It's frustrating! One thing I can say about CHICK FIL LA is that their going to make sure their workers are nice, respectful and give you that line, "It's my pleasure!" whether it's their pleasure or not. They don't have a nasty attitude and they make you food right. Taco Bell get people who will do the job right with the right attitude. This was not my order and I don't even eat sour cream!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Worst Taco Bell ive ever been too. They have messed up my order the last 4 times ive been recently, and they have had a history of this too. I know its just Taco Bell, but whatever happened to taking pride in your work? The staff is rude as well. Id hate to drive to West Monroe for Taco Bell, but I think I will from now on. YOU SHOULD HAVE YOUR TACO LICENSE REVOKED!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
