VERY SLOW service I've been sitting in this drive through for over 35 mins and im still not at the window. My lunch break ends in 10mins. This is not acceptable. This location needs better management. They can't handle lunch rushes. Im going to get written up for coming back to work late now and there is NO way to escape this drive thru and just leave. Im so angry. I will be contacting corporate about this. They need to get new management and all the teenagers that they hire are terrible and lazy. For the third time in a row now they also forgot silverware and sauces in the bag!!. They also screwed up 2 tacos in my order and the manager replaced them but didnt seem to care they made me late back from lunch and eligible for a writeup. I placed a "mobile order" arrived in the drive thru at 2:12pm and received my order at 2:56pm which they still screwed up after 44mins of waiting in the drive thru lane. I had to pull around to park and go inside and waste another 7 mins getting my order fixed. The drive through girl will forget your silverware and sauces every single time she does not care or pay attention to the order screen. UNACCEPTABLE. This taco bell location needs to replace staff and clean house. I won't be returning until it's at least different management. The inside is also dirty and probably needs a visit from the health department aswell. Whoever the franchisee for this location is needs to spend more time on site and not leave it up to the bad management and teenagers. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: USD 10–20 Service: 1
