Last 3 times coming to Taco Bell drive thru had to wait over 30 minutes to get my meal. One time they were out of literally everything to make a burrito or a taco and no sauce or soda available. That was absurd. At least the food is made as ordered and delicious that it keeps us coming back. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Justin Cleveland has seriously turned this restaurant around. Customer service is exceptional, food is exceptional, and I feel like I'm treated wonderfully every time I'm there. Customer service is huge to me, especially if things go wrong. Justin is the epitome of top tier customer service and ensuring that I am satisfied with my experience. If something goes wrong, he takes accountability and fixes it every time. I have absolutely no complaints. The working industry needs more Justins!
