Went through drive through for dinner and person taking orders listened to about half of what I was saying. Got home part of our order was wrong. Drinks with ice that we asked no ice in. No straws no napkins no sauce that we asked for. Not a good way to work a drive through. When people go through a drive through they are expecting the employees inside to get the order right the first time. It’s not like your eating inside dining area and you can walk back to counter and say hey y’all forgot this and this and this. Customers shouldn’t have to second guess if their order is right then sit at the drive through window going through their order making sure it’s right. If we have to do that then all that’s gonna do is make customers behind the car at window get mad waiting while you double check your order. I worked customer service for 20 years and it’s the little things that matter most to a customer. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I just got here but the lady at the desk was very very nice and helpful she directed me to my room told me where to park told me exactly where to go they got great food selection they even got places to gamble if you want The room for exceptionally nice and there's a Walmart right across the street I'm here for work so I was really shocked about it being such a nice place lol very nice Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
